V.Ch.K helps standardise and structure names, addresses, fax numbers and email addresses using intuitive comparison. This service will soon be enhanced to provide intelligent analysis and correction of data.

Deduplication of data is an important step both for cost saving and for recipient goodwill. V.Ch.K employs complex algorithms and phonetics to compare names & addresses. Depending upon nature of the original data different settings can be choosen to provide the best results. It is also possible to save individual settings that best suit individual databases.

V.Ch.K can swiftly apply keycodes to data, according to client specified criteria. Whether a single keycode is being applied to all names in a single list, or whether different mail pieces are being used in each different country, region or city.

Numerous postal authorities worldwide offer discounts for pre-sorted mail (such as Australia Post's PreSort Letter Service Royal Mail's Mailsort or Hongkong Post's Postman Beat Coding). V.Ch.K already provides the coding and preprint sorting for some schemes, and as demand arises will work with more authorities to comply with their discount schemes.
